taco bell chicken quesadilla

The Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla is a nice snack, but certainly not enough for a main course. The tortilla pictured above is not much larger than a regular taco in diameter. The cheese and chicken are generous, and this would go along great next to a crunchy beef taco.

Nutritionally, this fast food Mexican item packs 180 calories, 2.5 grams of saturated fat, 25mg of cholesterol, and 520 mg of sodium. This is slightly higher but roughly on par with a Chicken Soft Taco (160 calories, 2.5g saturated fat, 25mg cholesterol and 480mg sodium.)

Mini review for a mini fast food.
